Can I place an order by phone?
No, these are exclusive internet deals.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment from most major credit and debit cards.
Who charges my credit/debit card?

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is guaranteed 7-10 days of order received. Most items will be despatched within 24 hours of order received.
Will I need to sign for the parcel when it is delivered?
Yes, all items will need to be signed for.
I am not in during the day, where will my goods be left?
All items will need to be signed for. We will not leave any items in a greenhouse etc. If no one is able to accept delivery, we will leave a card to advise of the attempted delivery.
What happens if my product is damaged or has missing parts?
Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it. Check to see if the item we have sent is in perfect working condition and make sure we have sent the correct item/s in the right quantities. If this is not the case, please notify us via email within 2 working days of receipt of your item. Please click here for Contact form.
What happens if my product is faulty?
If you believe the item you have received has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us via email within 14 days.

We will advise you on how to return the item. We ask that you then simply return the item in full, along with the packaging and a fully completed returns form, within 7 working days.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the items are returned to us safely and without any further damage so please ensure it is packed safely and securely. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.
When our returns department receives the item they will inspect it carefully to establish the nature of the fault or defect.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused due to any improper use. If the item is judged to have been damaged through improper use, we will return the item to you.

If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault or defect we will provide a replacement.
What about product warranties?
We uphold the manufacturers warranties. Please see the Product pages for specific warranty periods.

Where do I return my product at the end of its life for recycling?
